There are many reasons why we should be embracing this new way of doing things. It is allowing for us to move with the generations. Millennials do not want to be stuck in a boring office and do tasks in a way that they have always been done. seeing that millennials are quick becoming the majority of the working population, businesses need to adapt and cater for their designated employees.

Back at the office?
If you are back at the office, yay to you... right? Well most working professionals are not necessarily thrilled at the re-commitment to working at the office. What that means is that, people want to follow their own beat and the needs to their own work instead of committing to a rule. People are however ecstatic about the opportunity to chat, mingle and collaborate with other face to face. The irony is that, because of the long lockdown the work is coming from, peoples preferences have shifted and people are less tolerant of company and passive networking. Either way, we will surly adapt as what we did with the covid life.
